The Minear Group story.
It began in 2020, when Elijah started in face-to-face sales with the 2K Organisation — sitting in the same chair our new starters sit in today.
Within a year he'd become excellence in the field and earned the fastest Sales Manager promotion at the time. That's where Minear Group's journey to building excellent people began — built on one belief: ordinary people are capable of extraordinary things when they're given the platform, the training and a team that holds them to a higher standard.
Since then we've supported six business expansions, developed multiple Number 1 sales agents and raised over $18 million for our clients in 2025 alone.
